Countries where shipments can be made through the Online Shop

The amount of the shipping´s costs described includes the taxes (VAT).

In case the shipping address is for a country that does not included into the relationship or is into an area where a message appears saying NO ONLINE SALE SERVICE, if you want to receive Coltan Samples you must make a request through your User Account from the function My Tickets, selecting the Department "I send samples to other countries or areas", and we will send you a proforma invoice with the price of the shipping´s costs for you acceptance.

Upon acceptance of the proforma invoice, we will send you the ready-made order.

TRALEN is in a position to supply Tantalum Oxide Samples to any part of the world as long as there are no trade restrictions with that country.

The packages format and the way we preparing the Package for delivery. 

The GLASS containers are supplied in individual thick black cardboard boxes, measures of the case is 85 x 85 x 75 mm. We do not have any limits to the number of units to be purchased in one order, but for a better security reasons in transportation and to facilitate possible inspections, each mailing address shall contain a maximum of 36 cases. There will be as many postal items as necessary depending on the units that are requested on each order.

The PET and TULIPA containers are supplied directly in their own containers and shall carry out by a label indicating the basic data of the mineral and incorporated QR codes to detail the Traceability and the Analyzes made to the Tantalum Oxide.

The TULIPA containers have two security seals in a form of an adhesive sticker, numbered with the same number to guarantee that the content is not adulterated until its final destination, except for possible customs inspections done by their agents.

Availability of products

In the case of CRISTAL packaging, when few unit references are available, we enable a message on the product indicating the actual stocks that are available at that time and until further replacement.

In cases of PET and TULIPAS containers, we could never notify of the existences of products that exist at that moment.

In any one of these cases, if you have placed an order and includes any of the references that we have been out of stock punctually, we shall contact you to communicate the incidence and the time of delay to replace that product, if no replacement is available we shall ask you to change that product into another similar product.

Forms of payment

Cards: For any online sales, shall be made with our STRIPE payment gateway, we can accept any payments made with the most common credit cards available in the market (like Visa, MasterCard, American Express). The maximum amount to make a purchase by card will depend on STRIPE and the bank that has issued the card for which the payment is to be made.

Transfer: For Online sales you can also make the payment by bank transfer. Payment will be made exclusively by bank transfer if the shipping address is outside Europe or the payment is to be made in a currency other than Euros and which is defined on our website. For this kind of payments, there are no any limits in the total amounts.
